I'm Victoria Phipps and I help family photographers build businesses that support the lifestyle they crave.
Taking photographs seriously since 2009, I spent eleven years building a successful wedding photography business. Then the pandemic hit, weddings were cancelled and during that time I became a mother for the first time and second time!
When I re-joined the world of work after my double maternity I knew that shooting weddings on location each weekend was no longer going to work for me and my family. So I pivoted my business and now I capture beautiful family portraits on film and create bespoke artwork for my clients to display in their homes.
Over the past 16 years in business I have been full-time and part-time. I've struggled with imposter syndrome. I've underpriced my services. I've marketed my business on every possible digital and analogue platform. I've invested my money in the wrong tools and the wrong people. I've made a hundred mistakes! And I'm here to share them all with you in the hope you can avoid making the same ones and instead catapult your business to success!
