Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or enrolling in any course or programme offered by Victoria Phipps Courses. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Victoria Phipps Courses

2. The Course
Print Over Pixels: Confident In-Person Sales for Family Photographers is a six-week live online course designed to help family photographers transition to a print-led business model. The course includes:
• Step-by-step video training delivered live over six weeks
• An implementation framework and supporting resources
• Access to the Print Over Pixels Online Community for six months, including monthly group coaching calls
• Lifetime access to course content and all future updates
• Fast-action bonus materials for eligible enrolments
Course content is delivered via the Mastermind Business System platform. Access details will be provided by email following purchase.
3. Enrolment and Payment
The course is priced at £595. Payment is processed securely through the Mastermind Business System platform. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Your enrolment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please contact me at [email protected].
4. Access to Course Content
You will have indefinite access to the course content, including any future updates, provided the Mastermind Business System platform remains in operation and your account remains in good standing.
Six months' membership of the Print Over Pixels Online Community is included with your enrolment. After six months, membership may be extended at a cost of £25 per month.
Course access is for your personal use only and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual.
5. Live Delivery
This cohort represents the final time Print Over Pixels will be delivered in a live format. Live sessions will be scheduled across six weeks and dates will be communicated to enrolled students in advance. Where possible, sessions will be recorded and made available to students who are unable to attend live.
I reserve the right to reschedule individual sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. I will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
6. Refund Policy
I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course within 30 days of purchase, please contact me at [email protected] with your feedback and I will process a full refund.
The following conditions apply to refund requests:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
• Upon refund, your access to the course content and community will be removed
• The 30-day guarantee applies to your first purchase only and cannot be used repeatedly
As a consumer based in the UK, you also have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, if you request and receive immediate access to digital content within this period, you may waive this right. By completing your purchase and accessing the course content, you acknowledge and agree to this.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, written materials, frameworks, templates, and resources, is the intellectual property of Victoria Phipps and is protected by copyright.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute or share any course materials without prior written permission
• Record or screenshot live sessions without permission
• Resell, sublicense or use the content to create competing products or services
• Share your login credentials or grant access to any other individual
Breach of these terms may result in your access being removed without a refund.
8. Disclaimer and Results
The course is designed to provide education, guidance and tools to help you develop a print-led photography business. However, I cannot guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes. Results will vary depending on individual effort, experience, market conditions and other factors outside my control.
Any income figures or business results referenced on the website or in course materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of what you will achieve.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victoria Phipps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the course or its content. My total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Online Community
The Print Over Pixels Online Community is a supportive space for enrolled students. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively with other members. I reserve the right to remove any member from the community whose behaviour is deemed harmful, disrespectful or disruptive, without refund.
11. Changes to the Course or These Terms
I reserve the right to update or amend course content and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email. Continued use of the course following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
